Ask your question.

Tell us what keeps slowing your team down. Two sentences is enough, and rough notes are fine.

Tell us what should stop being manual.

Tell us which task, delay or decision costs your team time. We read it and reply with the next useful question.

We’ll confirm receipt by email. No mailing list.

What happens next

Two dates we keep. One that depends on scope.

  1. Day 0

    Brief received

You get a written confirmation of what we understood, not a sales call. If we got something wrong, you correct it in a reply. Once it is right, that is your confirmed brief.

  2. Day 2

    The next useful question

We reply with the one question that changes the plan most, plus a first range for time and cost. If we are not the right fit, we say so here.

  3. Day 14–21

    First working version

A working system on your real data, so you can judge it yourself. The 14–21 days count from your confirmed brief. The exact date depends on scope, and we confirm it with the range on day 2, along with the timing for production.

The honest fit check

If it isn't a fit, we'll tell you on day two.

  • If we can't agree on a result to measure, such as hours saved or requests closed, we'll tell you no.
  • If software you can buy today does the job, we'll tell you which one.
  • If your records are too scattered for any system to use, organizing them is the first job.
