Privacy, in plain terms.

Recode Asia is operated by UB Web Developers. This notice applies to visits to recode.asia and project enquiries sent through the site.

Vercel hosts the site and provides aggregate Web Analytics. We also measure diagnostic use, successful brief submissions and submission errors. Brief event properties contain only error categories, not your name, email address or brief text. We do not add an advertising tracker.

If a link includes campaign tags, we keep those tags in your browser tab's session storage so they survive navigation and reloads. A new tagged link replaces the earlier campaign. The tags normally clear when the tab closes, although browser restoration or tab duplication may retain or copy them. If you send a brief, we include the tags in the owner notification. We do not store your name, email address or brief text in this campaign record.

The contact route sends the information you provide through Resend and the relevant email providers so Recode Asia can receive the enquiry and send a receipt. This release does not add a site database or CRM record for those enquiries.

Enquiry emails remain with the relevant providers for as long as needed to answer and manage the request.
